2010 PLANSPONSOR National Conference

David Levine will serve as a speaker for two sessions at the 2010 PlanSponsor National Conference on June 16, 2010 in Chicago, IL. His first panel, “Fixing 403(b) Mistakes,” will cover the new regulations governing 403(b) plans. The panel will explain what is required of plan sponsors and what they can do if they make a mistake. His second panel, “Cash Balance Plans,” will discuss how cash balance plans are surging in popularity among smaller employers, and even among larger programs they have proven to be a valuable addition in shoring up retirement security with less volatility than a traditional pension plan.
