Groom’s Emily Lucco will be joining the American Bar Association Section of Taxation’s 2021 Fall Tax Meeting to participate in the session, “EB Subcommittee: Welfare Plans and EEOC, FMLA and Leave Issues Update.” In her panel, Emily will discuss mental health parity nonquantitative treatment limitation analysis.
The meeting will be held September 20 – 24, 2021, with attendees hearing from the country’s leading tax attorneys and government officials on the latest federal, state, and local tax policies and more.
