On August 31, Groom principal Viv Hunter Turner will be the featured speaker for the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators’ (“SPBA”) webinar, “An Overview of Wellness Rules Governing Health Plans.” The webinar will take place from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Turner will cover ADA wellness rules, HIPAA wellness rules, recent IRS guidance on fixed-indemnity wellness policies, and the impact of CAA on wellness programs.
