For the third year in a row Groom’s band, “Solely in the Interest,” will take part in Gifts for the Homeless’ 16th Anniversary of Banding Together, a spirited battle of the bands fundraising event where members of DC’s legal community compete to raise funds for goods and services for DC’s homeless community. Looking to come in ahead of last year’s third place winning that contributed to raising more than $240,000 for the event overall, Groom is excited to again take part in the 16 band competition taking place on Thursday, June 20th at the Black Cat in Washington, DC.
