BNA Reports on Groom Comment Letter re Cycle E Amendment Deadline

Groom Law Group submitted a comment letter to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on December 28, 2010 to request an extension of the upcoming January 31, 2011, “Cycle E” determination letter deadline for governmental plans described in Code section 414(d).  BNA published the letter, “Groom Law Group Asks IRS to Extend Governmental Plan ‘Cycle E’ Filing Deadline” on January 5, 2011 in the Pensions & Benefits Daily and Tax Reports.
