Fiduciary Responsibility & Plan Investments Update

On October 19^th, Groom associates Jacob Eigner and Arsalan Malik will present at the American Bar Association’s (“ABA”) Fiduciary Responsibility & Plan Investments Subcommittee Virtual 2023 Fall Tax Meeting. Eigner and Malik will speak as part of the Fiduciary Income Tax panel, where they will discuss recent developments and future expectations in the legal and regulatory landscape that have or are likely to have a direct impact on plan sponsor fiduciaries, investment advisers, and others serving in a fiduciary capacity.
