Brigen Winters will participate in the 2011 Food Marketing Institute (FMI) Midwinter Conference on January 24, 2011 in Phoenix, AZ. His panel, “Navigating the New Health Care Law for Independent Operators,” will address issues surrounding the new health care law. With the enactment of the new health care law, the responsibility of the employer when providing health care coverage to their employees is drastically changing.
Mr. Winters will discuss the new law to help independent operators navigate through this complex legislation and provide a better understanding of what to expect and plan for in the immediate and upcoming future.
