Christine Keller, a principal at Groom Law Group and leader of the Health & Welfare Practice Group, advises employers, insurers and plan administrators concerning federal and state laws that impact the administration of ERISA welfare benefit plans, cafeteria plans, health savings accounts, and other employee benefit arrangements.

Jennifer Eller, a principal at Groom Law Group, works primarily in Groom’s Fiduciary Practice Group and advises clients on issues related to the investment of ERISA plan assets and the administration of ERISA plans.

Michael Prame, a principal at Groom Law Group and leader of Groom’s Litigation Practice Group, represents plan sponsors, trustees and service providers in fiduciary responsibility and executive compensation litigation.
