David Kaleda will be an instructor for the Institute of Applied Management and Law’s (IAML) Certificate in Employee Benefits Law Seminar to be held in Orlando on July 22-26, 2013.
Mr. Kaleda’s presentation will address several topics including employee benefits issues in corporate transactions, fiduciary governance and investment issues impacting ERISA-governed plans and their fiduciaries, and recent regulatory developments.
