Practising Law Institute will host its two-day program ERISA 2018: The Evolving World from Monday, August 6 to Tuesday, August 7 at the PLI New York Center in New York, New York. Erin Cho, a principal in Groom’s Fiduciary & Plan Governance practice serves as co-chair of the program.  Litigation principal Michael Prame will present on the “ERISA: Title IV – Defined Benefit Plans: the PBGC, Plan Terminations and Multiemployer Plans” panel on day two. Fiduciary & Plan Governance Principal George Sepsakos will also present on day two on “ERISA: DOL Enforcement.”

Designed for ERISA and benefits practitioners, the program will cover a range of topics, including evolving fiduciary standards from the DOL, SEC and states, evolving trends in the offering of investment products and services, the latest issues affecting both financial institutions and plan sponsors, trends in asset management, updates on ERISA litigation, issues relating to plan terminations and multiemployer plans, ERISA issues raised in the transactional setting and DOL enforcement priorities.
