Practising Law Institute will host its two-day program ERISA 2018: The Evolving World from Monday, August 6 to Tuesday, August 7 at the PLI New York Center in New York, New York. Erin Cho, a principal in Groom’s Fiduciary & Plan Governance practice serves as co-chair of the program. Litigation principal Michael Prame will present on the “ERISA: Title IV – Defined Benefit Plans: the PBGC, Plan Terminations and Multiemployer Plans” panel on day two.
