Groom principal Lars Golumbic will speak at the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (“PLUS”) Conference in San Diego on November 11, 2026.
Golumbic will participate in a panel discussion titled “Chubb Presents: Avalanche! Buried by EPL & Fiduciary Claims” from 3:00–3:45 p.m. The session will examine the rise in employment practices liability (EPL) and fiduciary claims facing employers, including evolving litigation trends, emerging legal theories, and the expanding ERISA liability landscape for companies sponsoring employee benefit plans.
