SEC Approves Final Rules on Executive Compensation Disclosure

The SEC approved final executive compensation disclosure rules that will be effective for the 2007 proxy season on July 26, 2006. The rules largely follow the framework of the proposed rules issued in January, but we have summarized in the attached significant changes in the final rules.
