Groom principal David Kaleda will join the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (“SIFMA”) at their annual Operations Conference & Exhibition (“Ops 2024”), which will kick off on September 15 in San Diego, CA.
Kaleda will present “Breakout Session 4: The DOL Fiduciary Rule – What Do We Do Now?” at 12:00 p.m. PT on Tuesday, September 17. Throughout the session, Kaleda will examine the Department of Labor’s (“DOL”) new fiduciary rule, current litigation involving the rule, and how firms might proceed as these challenges play out in the courts.
