On Monday, October 20 at 1:15 pm ET, Zaklad will be the moderator and Hunter Turner and Petteway Wheatley will be panelists in the session, “What Does Good Governance Look Like Now?” This session will discuss recent health and welfare litigation trends, and key takeaways for fiduciaries, as well as valuable lessons learned from DOL investigations and benefit claims.
