Brigen Winters was mentioned in the Thomson Reuters column “Pre-tax Retirement Contributions at Risk in Tax Reform” by Gail MarksJarvis on October 4, 2017. The column discussed the implications of ending the traditional 401(k) tax break and Rothifying 401(k) plans.  The “fear among experts like Winters” is that more Americans will cut back further on their retirement savings if they cannot contribute pre-tax money to their 401(k).
