With a concentration on providing strategic guidance and operational counsel to clients enmeshed in litigation or the pre-litigation administrative claims process, Nancy McTyre’s practice focuses on disputes arising from claims and benefits, including retirement plans, health plans, and disability plans. Her practice also focuses on plan compliance issues, such as drafting and reviewing plan documents, and defending clients in government investigations.

Employing over a decade of experience, Nancy provides highly efficient and pragmatic guidance to her clients, as informed by her considerable subject matter expertise. As a litigator, Nancy’s priority is the best outcome for her clients, and her track record and her clients’ longstanding loyalty attest to the benefits of her business-oriented approach. She works on the full range of pretrial litigation processes, which are typically critically important in limiting the scope of the proceedings and controlling exposure. Her work also includes all phases of discovery, particularly taking and defending depositions and preparation of deponents, as well as substantive motion practice.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and exploring her very large home state of Texas.
