Groom principal George Sepsakos will join the American Bar Association’s Joint Committee on Employee Benefits at their ERISA Basics National Institute program on Wednesday, June 5th to present on “Fiduciary Standards – Part II.” Joined by Thomas Tso of the U.S. Department of Labor and others, the panel will provide a high-level overview of prohibited transactions, an overview of remedies for fiduciary breaches, pointers for compliance with ERISA’s mandates, and cover hot topics in ERISA fiduciary and class action litigation.
The multi-day program will take place in Washington, DC and is designed for in-house and union counsel, benefits specialists, private practitioners, litigators, and consultants who handle issues related to employee benefit plans.
