Brigen Winters will participate in the webinar, “Avoiding Unknown (and Fatal) Foot Faults in Executive Compensation Arrangements,” sponsored by the ABA Joint Committee on Employee Benefits on December 13, 2011 from 1:00-2:30 pm ET. Employment, separation and other executive compensation arrangements may at first blush seem like “standard” contracts which do not require special expertise to draft. However, lack of familiarity with the myriad legal and regulatory rules which can impact these agreements can cause costly and embarrassing problems and unwanted litigation.
