Bill Sweetnam, Hisham Amin, and Jenny Eller will be presenting at the ALI-ABA program Pension, Profit-Sharing, Welfare, and Other Compensation Plans, April 25-27, 2012, in Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Sweetnam is a Planning Chair and a speaker on the panel, “Current Issues with Health and Welfare Plans (with an Emphasis on Recent Guidance Regarding the Affordable Care Act).” Ms. Eller will participate on the panel, “Case Study on ERISA Fiduciary Issues.” Mr. Amin will present on the panel, “Ethical Concerns in Representing Plans and Employers.”
