Dold Comments on the 2011 Repeal Act

Elizabeth Dold is quoted in the article, “Obama Signs Bill Repealing Government Withholding; Expanding WOTC For Veterans,” in the November 23, 2011 issue of the CCH Standard Federal Tax Weekly. She comments that, “Repeal brings great relief to all parties, including the reporting community, who was struggling to understand the full scope of the reporting and withholding provision, and address numerous implementation issues, especially in light of the time-consuming and costly system changes envisioned and the tenuous state of the economy and government budgets.”
