On June 1st, 2022, Groom principal and co-chair of the firm’s Plan Sponsor Practice David Levine will be presenting in the American Bar Association’s webinar, “Fiduciary Considerations For Collective Solutions: MEPs, PEPs, GOPs, Clone Plans and CITs”.
In light of the retirement ecosystem’s evolution from a core focus on single employer solutions, to including additional “collectivized” solutions, the session will address fiduciary considerations in creating and operating collective plans, such as multiple employer plans, pooled employer plans, groups of plans and more as well as collective investment vehicles like collective trusts.
