The Department of Labor’s (DOL) amendments to its regulations governing annual reporting and revisions to the Form 5500 forms and instructions are published in today’s Federal Register. Attached are copies of these documents.
We expect to release additional information regarding the practical effect of the changes to Form 5500 soon.
