On May 19, 2015, David Powell, together with Lynn Dudley of the American Benefits Council and Dennis Simmons of Vanguard made a presentation to the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Association biennial meeting in Brussels on global benefits governance, including a review of a study of what multinational companies are doing and best practices.
