Law360 recently covered the election of Christine Keller as Groom’s next Executive Principal and her becoming the first female to hold the firm’s top leadership role.

Keller told Law360 that she was excited that her new position would give her the opportunity to lead the team-driven firm and the ability to influence the office’s direction.

As for being the first female to lead the firm, she stated, “Regarding what it means personally to become the first woman to lead the firm, I’ve been very fortunate to work alongside and form friendships with so many inspiring and successful female leaders throughout my career, and I am honored to join their ranks,” she said. “I am also proud of Groom for its unwavering and long-standing commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.”

She added, “I am even more excited to continue to lead the firm in its unwavering commitment to our clients, community and our team”.
