BTI’s research highlights core areas that set top firms apart, including the ability to anticipate client needs, develop thoughtful and creative solutions, and engage collaboratively with clients, anchored by “super listening,” the ability to fully understand and act on client perspectives. This recognition reflects Groom’s continued focus on client engagement, practical problem-solving, and delivering solutions aligned with clients’ evolving priorities.
