For the second consecutive year, Groom was recognized by Top Workplaces in their 2024 Spring Culture Excellence awards. The Top Workplaces designation is derived from an anonymous survey that considers 15 culture drivers deemed critical to the success of any organization – including factors such as alignment, execution and employee connection.
The Top Workplaces Spring Culture Excellence awards identify businesses who exemplify success in critical aspects of workplaces culture based on employee feedback collected through anonymous surveys. The five categories awarded celebrate:

- The Purpose & Values award celebrates organizations who have both embedded their mission and values into their culture and are efficient in their work to bring it into reality.
- The Work-Life Flexibility award recognizes organizations that have built a culture that enables employees to meet the demands of their personal lives while maintaining high performance.
