On July 31, Groom principal Chris Keller will be speaking at the Practising Law Institute (“PLI”) program, “ERISA 2023: The Evolving World,” in the panel, “Health and Welfare Issues in 2023.” The program runs from July 31-August 1, 2023 and is taking place in-person in New York City and virtually. Keller’s panel will focus on the latest issues and challenges related to health and welfare plans, such as Dobbs, mental health parity, telemedicine, HSAs, and the updates in health plan litigation.
