New Interim Final Regulations on Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008

On February 2, 2010, the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services published interim final regulations implementing The Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008.
