New York University (“NYU”) students from its Washington, DC campus took the opportunity to visit Groom’s offices on Friday, December 10, 2021 to gain a better understanding of the legal industry and the various roles within it. Groom principals, Louis Mazawey and Michael Kreps, and Groom associates, Arsalan Malik and David Block, facilitated an informative conversation over lunch where they provided a window into their personal career paths, offered new perspectives on the versatility of the practice of law, and shed light on what practicing law in the nation’s capital is like.
