Principal Erin Cho will serve as co-chair of Practising Law Institute’s upcoming program, ERISA 2019: The Evolving World. The two-day program will be held Monday, August 5 and Tuesday, August 6 at the PLI New York Center in New York, New York.
The program will cover a range of topics, including regulatory updates, evolving trends in the offering of investment products and services, the latest issues affecting both financial institutions and plan sponsors, priorities affecting health and welfare plans, trends in asset management, updates on ERISA litigation and DOL enforcement priorities as well as issues relating to pension de-risking and corporate transactions, and legal ethics.
