Groom Law Group principal, Erin Cho, will be speaking at Practising Law Institute’s Pension Plan Investments 2018: Current Perspectives conference on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. She will co-present on the “Current Plan Investment Issues” panel discussing:
- Current ERISA Issues for VCOCs, Hedge Funds and Other Plan Asset Investment Vehicles,
- Issues in securitizations, swaps, CLOs and other financial transactions, and
- Plan asset issues for global custody arrangements.
The conference brings together experienced practitioners in the area of pension investment law and is designed to highlight the latest developments in the field, new ERISA case law, enforcement actions and ordinary course investment practices.
