Randy Bunnell’s practice covers a broad range of legal issues relating to employee benefit plans, including retirement plans (both defined benefit and defined contribution plans), severance plans and health plans. In both the single- and multi-employer contexts, Randy assists clients with plan design and maintenance, participant communications and disclosures, and legal plan compliance. Randy has experience in representing clients undergoing employee benefit plan audits before the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and the Department of Labor (“DOL”). His practice also involves assisting clients in drafting and submitting corrective applications to the IRS and DOL.
Randy is based out of New Orleans, Louisiana where he lives with his wife and their three children.
