Dold Comments on IRS Changes to the EP Determination Letter Procedures

Elizabeth Dold is quoted in the article, “IRS Aims To Reduce Processing Time For EP Determination Letters,” in the December 22, 2011 issue of the CCH Standard Federal Tax Weekly. She comments on the questions raised by the IRS changes to the Employee Plans (EP) determination letter procedures to reduce processing time. The changes described in Ann. 2011-82 will appear in Rev. Proc. 2012-6, scheduled to be issued in early 2012.
