Golumbic Comments on DOL Amicus Briefs

Lars Golumbic was quoted in the Pensions & Investments article, “Critics claim DOL using amicus briefs to steer by pension roadblocks,” by Robert Steyer on July 25, 2011. Mr. Golumbic comments that the rise of amicus briefs filed by the DOL isn’t necessarily politically motivated, rather the increase corresponds with the rise in ERISA lawsuits being filed.
