Under the U.S. Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (ERISA), fiduciaries are drawn to international opportunities with the hope of both yield and diversification. For the first time in ERISAs history, fiduciaries can easily trade in the equities of the worlds second largest economy, China.
